Job description Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage CSR initiatives aligned with company values Coordinate and monitor ongoing CSR projects and ensure timely reporting Handle CSR documentation, compliance, and reporting as per government guidelines (e.g., CSR Form 1, 2) Organize community outreach programs and employee volunteering activities Liaise with internal stakeholders and CSR consultants to meet objectives Prepare project proposals, MoUs, budgets, and impact assessment reports Keep up to date with CSR trends, laws, and best practices Key Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills Project management and documentation expertise Knowledge of CSR rules under the Companies Act Ability to build relationships with NGOs and external partners Basic knowledge of budgeting and impact evaluation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
